In Corfu Greece they're famous for many things. Great beaches, ancient architecture, not having been taken over by the Ottoman Empire, but most of all they seem to be famous for finding many uses for Kumquats. They have jams, candies, preserves, and even a special liquor made from these little citrus gems. Best of all they don't seem to have any limits on the way they can bottle this liquor.
