New Piece Of Art

You really can't go wrong with gummy bears, and you can guarantee success if you make sure free gummy bears are available to all those checking out your art.

P.S. I will be showing this piece, as well as others from the "Senses" at a show on December 7th in Athens Greece.  Click here for a few more details and stay tuned for more updates.

Signs I Like

I believe I shall not stand there.
If this is a coincidence, I apologies in advance.  If this is an attempt to cash in on a movie about a whale escaping the confines of a marine amusement park, I say it's kind of strange for a fine jewelry store.
This sign says a lot and nothing at all.

New Daffy Duck Cartoon

When I was a kid I loved cartoon updates.  I loved it when they would take characters I knew from classic cartoons, into a context I could better understand.  You can imagine that although I love Scooby Doo, I really couldn't relate to the characters that well.  Then they did a Scooby Doo/Blair Witch cross over and I was overjoyed.  The thing is, my older friends thought that this new stuff didn't hold up to the classic stuff they remembered as a kid.  So my updated cartoon was always seen as a lesser cartoon.  Now I came across this Daffy Duck cartoon and I found myself thinking that it's no Roger Rabbit, or at the very least not that authentic.  I've become that old guy that hates everything new and updated.  I'm going to just hang around at home today in my underwear and yell at those dam kids that won't get off my lawn.

Signs I Like

What exactly is this sign warning me about?
I understand everything here, except the hammers.  What do the hammers mean?
 Kitty likes tea.
Sure a chameleon in jeans and a red shirt is cool, but ridding one of those springy horses, that's just awesome.
My guess: Beware of hitting giants crossing this street whenever children are far from home, because giants like to eat children and when they're far from home they're easier to catch.

Moleskine Awesomeness

Do I even have to explain why the new Star Wars Moleskines are so great?

Everyday I'm Shufflin'

I can't decide how bad or how good this video is.  I think this might be the very rare occasion where it is so bad that it's kind of good.

More Transportation Textiles

I came across this transportation textile on a shuttle bus from the Metro to IKEA.  I love the 3D quality of the fabric and the planetary/cosmos type theme.

How To Confuse a Child

I'm always wondering if the makers of "whimsical" toys realize how they might confuse some children.  Take for example these two toys.  One is a train with a telephone on it, the other is a fish with a helicopter blade.  I can't imagine how someone would come up with this idea, or how much damage it will do to a kids brain.
